Ms. WANG Ying - President
Ms. Wang is President of Asia Consultants International Limited (HK) and China Business Consulting, Inc (US). These companies provide high-level and problem-solving consulting services to international corporations and individuals who are investing and doing business in China. They also represent Chinese companies in international investment in various forms. In recent years, they focused their services in investments among China, Hong Kong, US and the Middle East.
Ms. Wang is also Chairman of Oriental Energy Group Limited. The company works with Chinese companies in petroleum procurement for China and international investment in resources worldwide. It is also involved in solar and wind power projects in China.
Ms. Wang worked in the Chinese government for 15 years, serving as Division Chief for Foreign Liaison and Director for UNICEF projects in training women in development in China. She represented China on the UNICEF Executive Board from 1989 to 1990. She also was English translator for top Chinese leaders, including the President and Premier.
From 1992 to 2002, Ms. Wang was Vice President and Senior Advisor of the Cathay China Direct Investment Fund. The Cathay Fund has invested over US$ 1 billion into various joint ventures in China in the past decade. Ms. Wang served as the Sackler family's Senior China Business Advisor from 1994 to 1995.
Ms. Wang received a BA from Tsinghua University in Beijing in 1974 and a MPA from the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University in 1991.
Ms. Wang serves as a member of the Board of the US Association for the UN University for Peace (UPEACE/US) and a member of China Council of the Grameen Foundation US. She is President of China Club 888 (www.chinaclub888.com) and founder of Learn In USA (www.learninusa.com) as well.
Mr. LEE Yu Leung - Director
Mr. Lee Yu Leung ("Mr. Lee") has devoted himself to the finance industry for more than 25 years. From 1981 to 1995, he served several positions in Sun Hung Kai Investment Services Limited, a renowned local security company, providing strategic investment advices and services to personal, business and institutional clients. Then from 1995 to 2002, he was invited to join the management team as Director of Asia Financial (Securities) Limited. Mr. Lee has also been invited and taken directorship with certain other reputable securities companies and listed companies.
With his affluent experiences in the finance industry, Mr. Lee was elected as a council member of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from 1996 to 2000 and further appointed as a member of the Listing Committee from 1996 to 2001.
He always shows his enthusiasm about society charities. Currently he is the Chairman of China Fortune Foundation Limited as well as China India Fortune Foundation Limited. In addition, he is the Honorary President of Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation and the adviser of Education for Poverty Alleviation of School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University.
Mr. XU Lijian – Associate Director
Mr. Xu Lijian received a Bachelor degree in Law and a Doctoral Degree in Economy (Global Finance). He has served as financial economist and lawyer.
Mr. Xu has engaged in operation management of financial institution and enterprises, and corporate finance for over 20 years. He used to served as department head, bank governor, general manager, director, and president in national government departments, banks in China, trust companies, futures exchange companies and enterprises including Zhongji Holdings Co., Ltd, Shanghai Fenghwa Group Co., Ltd (600615), Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd (1777HK) and Vincci Group of Canada.
Mr. Xu has set foot in different industries, including real estate, energy, chemical, medical, electronics, tobacco and alcohol, food, supply chain, energy saving and environmental protection, and retailing. He has developed a vast personal network in the financial and business sectors in China and overseas, and possesses rich experiences in corporate strategic planning and execution, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, listing, real estate securitization, and deal structuring.
In addition, Mr. Xu had been arbitrator of Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, and lawyer of respective law firms in Shenzhen, Guangdong and Beijing.
